Time’s enchanted powers

It revolves around everything
And everything revolves around it
Its an endless waste of space and gratitude
We try to see how long it is
Or when it all started
Is there a point to this travesty?
We are unsure when it will end
Relying on the future to bring us fame and fortune
Is a tough bet
Relying on God is a safer option
There is no option really
He is the only one who steps out
of its bounds and chains of hope
he was the architect for whispering out loud
he created then destroyed
all planned of course
we put our trust in him and time is nothing
but an endless bunch of numbers
all we can do is wait
still waiting in anticipation for his glorious appearing
